Save to Your Home Screen — Offline Mode

Adding a shortcut to your home screen lets you open the app with one tap, just like a regular app, and it works offline.

Heads up: the offline version won't automatically pick up new updates. Updates are infrequent, but to grab the latest version, just open this page in your browser again.

On iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open this page in Safari (not Chrome or another browser — it must be Safari).
  2. Tap the Share button. You'll find it in different places depending on how you're holding your phone:
    • Holding upright (portrait): look at the address bar at the bottom — tap the ••• (three dots) on the right side, then tap Share.
    • Holding sideways (landscape): tap the square with an arrow pointing up, located in the toolbar.
  3. In the menu that appears, scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. You can edit the name if you like, then tap Add in the top right.
  5. The icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open the app.

On Android (Chrome)

  1. Open this page in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen (it may say Install app instead — either one works).
  4. Tap Add or Install to confirm.
  5. The icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open the app.
